Acceptance of Terms

Mission Control is a centralized operational intelligence platform designed to help organizations connect business systems, monitor performance, generate AI-assisted insights, manage workflows, and improve operational visibility across teams and departments.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including trial users, customers, administrators, team members, and visitors accessing related services or websites.

You represent that:

• you have authority to enter into these Terms;
• the information you provide is accurate and complete;
• your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Platform Services

Mission Control provides software and infrastructure that may include:

• centralized business dashboards;
• cross-platform analytics and reporting;
• AI-generated Mission Briefs and recommendations;
• workflow and task management tools;
• operational visibility systems;
• connected reporting and data aggregation;
• team collaboration features;
• connector and integration management;
• performance monitoring;
• business intelligence tools;
• synchronization and automation features.

Platform features may evolve over time and may vary depending on subscription tier, connected systems, or service availability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain functionality at any time.

AI-Assisted Features

Mission Control includes AI-assisted systems and intelligence features branded as Stranded Intelligence.

These systems may generate:

• summaries;
• recommendations;
• performance insights;
• workflow suggestions;
• analytical interpretations;
• operational observations;
• automated reporting outputs.

AI-generated outputs are intended to support business operations and decision-making but are provided for informational purposes only.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or incomplete analysis;
• recommendations may require independent human review;
• Mission Control does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue growth, operational improvements, or strategic success resulting from AI-assisted outputs.

You remain solely responsible for evaluating and implementing business, legal, financial, operational, marketing, or strategic decisions.

Connected Systems & Integrations

Mission Control may integrate with third-party systems, including:

• advertising platforms;
• CRM systems;
• analytics providers;
• ecommerce platforms;
• payment processors;
• social media platforms;
• operational tools;
• APIs and external services.

Integration availability depends on third-party providers and may change without notice.

You acknowledge that:

• synchronization timing may vary;
• third-party outages or API limitations may affect functionality;
• external providers may modify or discontinue integrations;
• Mission Control is not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems.

You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials, permissions, licenses, and authorizations required for connected systems.

Accounts and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials;
• managing user access permissions;
• keeping account contact information current and accurate;
• providing an accurate phone number if you choose to use SMS verification or account recovery features;
• ensuring lawful use of imported or connected data;
• obtaining required permissions and consents from your own customers or users;
• reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them;
• complying with third-party platform terms associated with connected services.

You may not share accounts in a manner that violates your subscription terms or compromises platform security.

If you add a phone number to your account, you authorize Mission Control and its service providers to send transactional SMS messages for account security, authentication, suspicious activity review, login verification, account recovery, and related account protection purposes. These messages are not marketing or promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Mission Control may require additional verification, including SMS two-factor authentication or email verification where supported, when suspicious activity is detected, when a login occurs from a new device or location, after repeated failed login attempts, or when sensitive account or security changes are requested.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• interfere with platform security or infrastructure;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• reverse engineer or exploit platform functionality;
• abuse integrations or APIs;
• scrape or extract data unlawfully;
• distribute malware or harmful code;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content;
• overload systems with excessive automated requests;
• use the platform in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activity.

Data Accuracy & Reporting

Mission Control aggregates and visualizes data from connected third-party systems.

Reporting accuracy, completeness, and availability depend on underlying external platforms and integrations.

You acknowledge that:

• sync delays may occur;
• reporting discrepancies may arise;
• timestamps may vary between systems;
• external platform changes may affect reporting behavior.

Mission Control does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data and recommends independently verifying critical business decisions.

Subscription Plans & Trials

Mission Control may offer:

• subscription-based plans;
• usage-based pricing;
• limited feature tiers;
• promotional access;
• free trial periods.

Trial access may be restricted or revoked at any time.

Unless otherwise stated:

• subscriptions renew automatically;
• fees are non-refundable;
• failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

If you cancel a paid subscription, your access will generally continue through the end of the billing period already paid for, and your subscription will not renew for a subsequent term. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or mid-cycle cancellations unless otherwise required by law.

Pricing, features, and usage limits may change over time.

Intellectual Property

Mission Control and its related systems, including:

• software;
• interface designs;
• workflows;
• visual assets;
• platform architecture;
• Stranded Intelligence systems;
• proprietary analytics models;
• branding and trademarks;

remain the exclusive property of Stranded Media LLC and its licensors.

These Terms do not grant ownership rights to the platform or underlying technology.

Customers retain ownership of:

• uploaded content;
• imported data;
• connected account data;
• customer-generated materials.

You grant Mission Control a limited right to process and use such data solely for providing and improving the services.

Confidentiality & Security

Mission Control maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data and platform infrastructure.

These measures may include:

• encrypted communications;
• access controls;
• monitoring systems;
• infrastructure protections;
• vendor and subprocessor management practices.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You acknowledge that SMS delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on mobile carriers, Twilio, and other service providers involved in authentication and security messaging.

You acknowledge that internet-based services inherently involve security risks, and Mission Control cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, breaches, or service interruptions.

Privacy

Your use of Mission Control is also governed by our:

• Privacy Policy;
• Cookie Policy;
• Data Processing Agreement;
• Subprocessors & Vendors disclosures.

Disclaimers

Mission Control is provided on an "as available" and "as provided" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mission Control disclaims warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of:

• merchantability;
• fitness for a particular purpose;
• non-infringement;
• uninterrupted availability;
• accuracy or reliability of outputs.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted service;
• error-free functionality;
• uninterrupted integrations;
• reporting accuracy;
• availability of third-party services;
• specific business or operational outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mission Control, Stranded Media LLC, and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• indirect damages;
• consequential damages;
• lost profits;
• lost revenue;
• business interruption;
• loss of data;
• reporting inaccuracies;
• AI-generated recommendations;
• integration failures;
• third-party outages;
• operational disruptions.

Our total liability arising from or related to the platform will not exceed the amount paid by you to Mission Control during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Mission Control at any time if:

• these Terms are violated;
• platform security is threatened;
• payment obligations are not met;
• unlawful activity is suspected.

You may stop using the platform at any time.

Upon termination:

• access rights end immediately;
• certain data may be deleted according to retention policies;
• provisions intended to survive termination will remain enforceable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Mission Control shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

Changes to These Terms

Mission Control may update these Terms periodically to reflect:

• platform changes;
• legal requirements;
• operational updates;
• new services or integrations.

Updated versions become effective upon posting.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
